Earlier in life it became apparent to Tom Aikens and his twin brother that they were going to go down the cooking road. Michelin-starred chef Tom was discouraged early on, but that only made him more resolutely determined to make it.
Here he talks about living in London as a young chef with his twin brother, who in turn worked for the famous Roux brothers. He recalls the great experience of working under David Cavalier at Cavalier’s.
