Katy Perry has just released her new video for the upcoming single, Teenage Dream.

After viewing steamy stills from the video shoot of Katy frolicking with a topless hunk, we hoped that the video would live up to our steamy expectations. And boy has it.

Katy Perry’s new video is saucy yet sweet and is a complete contrast to the glamorous and over the top production of California Girls.

Wearing next to no makeup, a vulnerable looking Katy transports us back to our teenage years as she engages in a series of romantic scenes with co star, Josh Kloss. We hope Russell is the understanding type…

Russell Brand is clearly very loved up with his soon to be bride, Katy Perry. He’s even besotted when she’s dressed head to toe in full geek gear.

Whilst presenting the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday, Katy went through an array of costume changes, including a geek ensemble, complete with dungarees, chunky glasses and a rather dashing head brace.

Russell posted a picture of the pair posing backstage, with the caption: “The real winner of the Teen Choice awards is…I AM! I won a fantastic new bride.”

We don’t want to be a bitter Betty but this couple are starting to irritate us with just how sweet and in love they are. Plus, how is it fair that Katy still looks gorgeous with a headbrace?!

The Teen Choice awards and true to form, presenter Katy Perry showcased her playful and outrageous personality with a series of outlandish costumes.

Kicking off the show with her new single Teenage Dream, Katy impressed audiences with an array of hilarious costume changes as well as her usual revealing little numbers to showcase her hour glass physique.

In homage to Twilight, that picked up 12 awards, Katy donned her best vampire gothic ensemble, complete with leather studs, black eyeliner and a long black wig.

As the pop diva was co presenting with the male cast of Glee, it was only fitting that the award ceremony should take inspiration from the high school theme.

Perry had the audience in hysterics as she took to the stage with the male stars dressed in a denim jumpsuit, headgear and huge glasses held together with a plaster.

She then switched roles, transforming into a pretty in pink prom queen, during a hit with Glee’s Chris Colfer.

And not to be outdone by the show’s younger guests, Sandra Bullock and Betty White delighted audiences with an impromptu rap.

Unleash your inner teen and behold the momentous event that is the Teen Choice Awards, which takes place August 9th.

The annual event is in its 11th year and winners receive authentic mini surfboards as their trophies. Nifty.

This year, the event is being presented by the cast of Glee (scream) along with our favourite pop sensation, Katy Perry. So hopefully we can expect an abundance of wit and maybe even a cheeky little dance number?

Twilight are up for an amazing 17 awards and our beloved Glee are up for 13.

 Katy Perry shunned clothes to showcase her perfect physique in nude underwear for the cover of Rolling Stone.

The singer is said to have kicked her exercise regime up a notch in preparation for her upcoming nuptials and it’s clearly paying off.

The 24 year old is known for her hour glass figure and is clearly very proud to flaunt her curves. In a recent interview with You Tube, Katy credited her relationship with Russell Brand for her new found body confidence, admitting that she hadn’t always been so comfortable in her own skin.

Russell you are one lucky fella. These pictures are even leaving us ladies a tad hot under the collar.

Not the normal scenario for your average reporter. Straining to keep your hand up, hoping you’ll get your question answered and carefully balancing your camera on a dolphin shaped lilo…

Well that was the scene of a press conference in Singapore yesterday anywho. And who better to front such an unconventional press conference than the anything but conventional, Katy Perry.

The singer donned her finest, frilly bikini and joined a host of reporters in an infinity pool on the rooftop of the Marina Bay hotel in Singapore. Surrounded by an array of inflatables, the 24 year old discussed her upcoming appearance at Singfest.

Katy looked in remarkable shape and in preparation for her wedding, is said to have kicked up her exercise regime to 5 times per week.

Well, maybe if we hit the gym that hard, we could aspire to have a body like Katy’s. Or maybe we’ll just continue scoffing this Kit Kat…

Katy Perry sends Russell Brand into outer space

Katy Perry and Russell Brand are not your average sort of couple, so it’s only fitting that Katy’s birthday present to Russell was not your average sort of present.

Not content with just a heartfelt card and some aftershave, Katy is sending her soon to be hubby into space.

The singer has forked out an astonishing 128,000 for a seat on Richard Branson’s new Galactic spacecraft for Russell’s 35^th birthday.

Virgin Galactic representative, Louella Faria, confirmed:

“It is true. We are very excited to have him onboard. There will be 17-inch diameter windows to look out onto. Passengers will be able to view Earth around 800 miles in any direction from space. They will pop champagne, give you astronaut wings and give you a party.”

But it looks like Brand’s present may have to be a belated one as the space craft is currently undergoing testing.  Its maiden flight from Mojave Desert into Mexico may not be until May 2012.

The 24 year old singer posted a hilarious snap of fiancé Russell on Twitter with the caption:  ”My alternate album cover for Teenage Dream… Are you glad I went with the 1st?”

In the picture (posted above) we can see our dear, old Russell posing topless, styled with a bright, purple wig and accessorised with Katy Perry’s cat, Kitty Purry.
