Kristin Davis has revealed we might be expecting a third film in the Sex and the City franchise, despite critics and the public lambasting the second movie. The second movie, filmed in Abu Dhabi, was widley criticised for being racist and degrading to women, and did not do as well at the box office as expected. Yet a third movie could be on the cards according to Davis “We all want to do it,” she told the Metro ”I guess it’s just figuring out whether we can move the characters forward any more.” “I would love to do a third movie”.
Chris North, who plays Mr Big seemed to think differently however, telling a magazine “It’s over. The franchise is dead. The press killed it”.
A third film has not yet been confirmed by the SATC writers, so until then, watch this space….
