Lady GaGa did a debut performance at Elton John’s annual White Tie And Tiara Ball. She performed a completely, never before heard song called “You And I”, which marks a change from her catalogue of hits. Her voice really shines through the song and fans can hear her melodic, naturally pretty voice. She shows herself to be exceptionally talented, musically, vocally and as a song writer. Heat have quoted the star as saying it’s a bit of a “rock and roll tune”.
MTV claims that the song will be on her second album which will be released in 2011. The change from her usual style means that it’s unlikely to ever be used as a single, according to the star. GaGa also performed Alejandro and Speechless to much applause.
Tour Dates.co.uk report that earlier this year, it was rumoured that the singer and songwriter is recording her new album on her tour bus. Producer Akon said: “She records while she’s on the road. I’m flying out to Europe to work on some new records with her.”
“Gaga’s just like me. She has a tour bus with a studio in it. Some of the songs I’ve heard are going to be crazy. She’s getting bigger and better.”
