Despite winning the unofficial award of Pillock of the Night at last year’s VMA’s, Kayne West is returning to the scene of the crime to perform at this year’s ceremony.
Causing a massive controversy last year, Kanye interrupted poor Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech to voice his opinion that Beyonce’s video was far better. Classy.
Despite numerous attempts, we have yet to be able to watch the whole video clip through wanting to smack Kayne and shed a wee tear for Taylor, who stands there like a lost, little girl, unaware of why this insane man with a tragic 80’s haircut is peeing all over her dream moment.
As Katy Perry so aptly put it in her twitter: “F*** YOU KAYNE, IT’S LIKE YOU STEPPED ON A KITTEN.”
But despite many people’s desire to have Kanye tasered if he so much as stepped foot on VMA soil, the lovely (and obviously forgiving) execs at MTV have decided to allow him to perform. Crazy.
The VMA’s take place on September 12th.
