The self proclaimed world’s first supermodel Janice Dickinson is no stranger to controversy. Whether she’s being fired as judge of America’s Next Top Model for calling Tyra Banks fat or enraging an entire camp of contestants on I’m A Celebrity, her blunt remarks and attention seeking behaviour make Janice Dickinson one hell of a character.
True to form, she made for must see TV on Channel 4’s recent Celebrity Come Dine With Me, flirting outrageously with a rather terrified Calum Best, hitching her skirt up to catch a cool breeze from the fridge and slamming Sam Fox’s decision to pose topless at 16.
But the former supermodel has entered a different kind of reality show that is sure to feature the same chaos and controversy. Janice checked into Celebrity Rehab yesterday to take part in Dr Drew Pinksy’s hit US show. It’s thought that the former I’m A Celebrity Contestant will aim to address her addictions to prescription medication.
We can’t imagine Janice being anything but her usual outrageous self but maybe this reality show will allow us to see the star’s more vulnerable and dare we say it, a human side.
