Elle Macpherson also know as ‘The Body’ is the new Britain’s Next Top Model presenter and will be taking over from Lisa Snowdon. Elle, age 47, showed that women over 30 can do black PVC trousers. Okay so we haven’t all got legs up to our shoulders and we’re not all supermodels but she does show that what you wear depends on how you work it, regardless of age. They were incredibly tight and I do wonder how long it took her to get into them.
Never mind the dressing time though, she looked effortlessly glamorous and chic at the launch party, looking more like twenty than her biological age. Elle was joined by fellow judges Julien MacDonald and Charley Speed. In past episodes we have seen Julien being more critical than other judges, not holding back. I’m sure we can expect fireworks from him again this series.
The Mail Online reports that the new series of the show begins on LIVING on Monday 5th July at 9pm and will see 25 hopefuls battle it out to be crowned Britain’s Next Top Model. The first episode will cut 11 of the girls, leaving just 14 to compete for the title. Elle said to the Mail that she was looking for personality as well as looks, the next top model has to have something special about her that has come from within.
