Ted Danson has leant his support to the issues raised by forthcoming eco-mentary The End of the Line, warning viewers that the film’s content is “fact…This is science” and expressing his hopes that people will become motivated and infuriated into activism for the cause.
Speaking of the dangers of ‘fishing out the oceans’, Ted describes the film which is an adaptation of Charlie Clover’s book as “a true treasure”.
The End of the Line gives an overview of the main issues – like overfishing, destructive fishing and poor management. Taking a global look at the true price we’re paying for our seafood, the film vividly illustrates the impact we’re having, an impact that very few of us are aware of.
