Excitement is reaching fever pitch here as the Brit awards get so close we can practically taste them! In less than 24 hours, Earls Court will be transformed into the most spectacular party of the year – filled to the brim with the most talented, exciting and controversial names in music.We can’t decide what we are most excited about – Lady Gaga’s alleged collaboration with 80’s icons the Pet Shop Boys, counting Kylie’s costume changes or U2 performing their new single ‘Get On Your Boots’ for the first time. Then there are the actual awards to think about – how many will Duffy win out of her four nominations? Can Coldplay really beat Take That for the Best British Group? And, will Adele have a repeat of her success at the Grammy’s and take home Best British Female, Breakthrough Act or Best single?
Whatever the outcome, the evening looks set to be the event of 2009 and we can’t wait to see what’s in store…!
