If you’re after an inspired way to celebrate the start of summer, and like the sound of 3 days of student-orientated partying, then check out Beach Break Live. Running from 16 to 19 June, and set on a hilltop overlooking a picturesque North Cornwall beach, BBL will play host to 10,000 rabid students from across the UK for a 3 days and 3 nights of festivities that will include everything from Barn Dancing to Burlesque, fancy dress, and of course…music.
The 2009 lineup includes the likes of Dizzee Rascal, Friendly Fires, The Zutons and the Mystery Jets, with more announcements to come in the near future. Tickets are already on sale at the very reasonable price of 84 quid, and as an added bonus the festival are bringing a very green vibe this year, with organic locally sourced food and beer at £2.50 a drink! What’s not to like.
