Obama-mania hit the offices and Hanna and I took to the streets to soak up the atmosphere. We ended up at the Quintessentially Party at the Chicago Rib Shack. One woman told us that, after 16 years, she was finally thinking about going back to her home country. The whole room was full of people proud to be American again. Heavy with expectation but full of hope, the guests and Rib Shack staff swayed to the music; euphoric after a momentous day.
