What an AMAZING first day for London Fashion Week!
Today was a glorious kick-start to what is sure to be a whirlwind week of backstage gossip, beautiful collections and beguiling models. Shooting exclusive footage all week, t5m got stuck in to bringing you the Insider reports from the shows and parties.
We swooned hard at the Charles Anastase show, no doubt the highlight for me personally of Day One. It was a truly ethereal collection; serene, slightly sullen, yet still subtly sexy. London’s fashion elite huddled into the beautiful church at Number One Marleybone Road, as pencil-like models traipsed languidly down the runway, in pastel crepes, structured denim and really breathtaking layering and tiering.

We went on to PPQ, the most star-studded event of the day. We brushed shoulders outside the Natural History Museum with Alexa Chung, Peaches Geldof, Klaxons, Jodie Harsh, and randomly, Russell Simmonds.
The show was packed, and there was a real buzz in the air. We got some fantastic interviews, and shot our first CONCRETE CATWALK installment.
The day ended at Peter Jensen, via Ann Sofie Back and many other fashion gems in between.
