No, we couldn’t believe it either. Liam Gallagher, hardly the epitome of sartorial vision and grace, is to launch a clothing range ‘Pretty Green’, a tribute to his favourite song by The Jam. Liam has always had his unique style - his sheepskin hooded coats and leopard print slip on shoes have always been a talking point – but apparently his collection will a much more toned down affair of parkas, jeans, scarves and accessories.

In his typical no-nonsense style, Liam explained “the reason I’m doing it is cos I love clothes. We’re going to do clothes I like, if people like it cool, if they don’t, they don’t! Clothes and music are my passion. I’m not here to rip anyone off and I’m not doing it for the money either. I’m doing it ‘cos there’s a lack of stuff out I would wear”

This is perhaps the most exciting celebrity clothing range we’ve seen for a while…
