Joseph Sadler aka. Grandmaster Flash has returned an album entitled The Bridge: Concept of a Culture, which marks his first original material since 1988. As the album title hints at, Flash is attempting to bridge all the musical genres and cultures that hip-hop has appropriated and borrowed from over the years…which, it goes without saying really, is no mean feat. But if anyone is going to attempt it, than who better than Grandmaster Flash. And he’s brought some friends along for the ride, with guest spots for the likes of Q-Tip, Snoop Dogg and Busta Rhymes, among others. It’s out now, so check it out!
