As if yesterday wasn’t enough; Todd Lynn’s collection combined sharp, androgynous silhouettes with fur capes, velvet leggings and butter soft leather – whilst the star studded PPQ sent Daisy Lowe, Pixie Geldof and Alice Dellal down the runway in rainbow-bright colours and broad stripes. Yesterday was particularly special for the Miller sisters and their label twenty8twelve, who enjoyed their debut at London Fashion Week with their collection of liquid, crystal dresses and slouchy, over sized jackets.
Today we see London Fashion Week regular Marios Schwab, with his collection inspired by ‘destruction, revolution and harmony’ which we hope translates into more of his signature LBDs. Equally exciting is Ossie Clarke – we can’t wait to see what this newly reinvented brand has in store for A/W 09. And of course, two of the biggest names in fashion, Paul Smith and Issa, will be showing us what they’re made of.
