Tonight’s Comic Relief show looks set to be bigger and better than ever – as the charity aims to beat the £40m record set in 2007.
Davina McCall and David Tennant will be hosting the BBC One Comic Relief show from 7pm, will which feature Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders leading an all-star cast, including Sienna Miller and Joanna Lumley in a version of Mamma Mia!, and Robbie Williams will be donning a dress in a sketch for Little Britain USA.
Not only this but there will be a celebrity Mastermind, an episode of Gavin and Stacey featuring David Beckham and Peter Crouch and a very special Comic Relief Does Top of The Pops – including a performance of (Barry) Islands in the Stream, this year’s Comic Relief single.
The money raised will go towards helping disadvantaged people in the UK and Africa – to find out more check out the Comic Relief website.
