Phil Knott, more than a famed professional photographer, also works with mixed mediums. Inspired by the paper art found on the streets of New York City, he started his collage work when he saw kids at Kinko’s office center making copies and edits of handmade comic books.

Phil describes himself as more ‘art-based’ and says ‘that there was something quite nice to make a blank paper turn into something.’
