But it's true: the valet at a.n.other Beverly Hills restaurant is an actor, the chick stacking shelves at Trader Joes is an actor, the bloke who comes to fix your boiler is an actor.

British writer Lisa Marks moved to Los Angeles two years ago to pursue her dream of 'making it' as a screen-writer in Hollywood. A few months after arriving in the States her short film, Maconie's List, won the Duke City Shootout film festival.
