If you’ve ever watched MTV’s hit show The Hills then you’ll probably recognise the name People’s Revolution.  That’s the US-based public relations company that ‘hired’  the show’s stars Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port to work for them.   Appearing on The Hills was undoubtedly a great way for People’s Revolution to gain massive exposure, and who can forget CEO Kelly Cutrone’s infamous put-downs and no-nonsense attitude?  Now it seems that appearing on reality TV has caught the attention of  The British Fashion Council (BFC), as they’ve appointed the company to promote London Fashion Week in the US.

This year is the 25th anniversary of London Fashion Week, and it takes place in Somerset House from Sept 18th – 22nd.  But don’t expect to see Lauren Conrad hanging around dressing the models; now that she’s a successful fashion designer herself, it seems unlikely that she would still be working for them as a lowly employee.   If, indeed, she ever really did..hmmm?
