Last night anybody who's anybody in the world of fashion and movie's attended the 2010 Costume Institute gala (or the Met Ball to you and I) in New York.
This year's theme and that of the accompanying exhibition was The American Woman: Fashioning a National Identity. According to the rumour mill, Victoria Beckham will be designing a collection of stage outfits for Beyonce's next tour. The Queen of R&B is said to be impressed with Victoria's elegant, ladylike collections, and has asked the former Spice Girl to design a range of costumes and create her a new, sophisticated on-stage look.
