After Naomi Campbell's Fashion For Relief spectacular last night London Fashion Week kicked off properly this morning with with the traditional first show of the Week: Paul Costelloe. Before Costelloe's show, Sir Harold Tillman, chairman of the British Fashion Council, payed tribute to Alexander McQueen and asked the audience to join him in a minute's silence in the late designer's memory.
