King of the Jungle Christopher Biggins talks to tm5 about the vibe surrounding Art London on the eve of the big opening day.
‘It’s so vibrant and exciting.’ The actor, I’m A Celebrity winner and regular pantomime dame is something of an art aficionado and collector himself. Biggins was enthused by the event and is adamant that there is something affordable for everyone, especially if the artist is agreeable to installments. ‘The mere fact that something costs a lot of money doesn’t matter, you can “pay on the drip” as they say.’
He admits that the art world can be intimidating but thinks that the atmosphere created by Art London is a much friendlier environment so ‘there is no need to be afraid’.
